Project Manager - Business and Operational Excellence (f/m/d)

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects - overseeing budget, scope, and quality - while also facilitating a variety of workshops by applying your skills, capabilities, and adapting to different formats.

• Project Management: Lead and deliver assigned projects and tasks, ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget, and quality standards. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation, perform risk assessments, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitation: Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, continuously developing moderation skills to ensure efficient and goal-oriented workshop outcomes.
• Change & Transformation Facilitation: Analyze stakeholder landscapes to support change initiatives. Serve as a communication bridge across project teams, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Admin or equivalent
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Outlook
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in an international environment
• Proficient in written and verbal English (German or other language is a plus)
